Kimberly Sikes is an accomplished attorney with more than 22 years of experience, specializing in real estate, construction litigation, and complex contract disputes. She is widely recognized for her practical, solutions-oriented approach and unwavering integrity. As a certified Mediator through the American Arbitration Association, Kimberly adds depth to her practice by effectively guiding clients through high-stakes disputes involving developers, contractors, and subcontractors—particularly in matters of construction defects and contract performance.
In addition to her legal practice, Kimberly is a dedicated civic leader. She has served on the boards of SafeHaven of Tarrant County, Zonta International, Cleburne Chamber of Commerce, and Texas Health Board of Trustees. Her commitment to youth and education is reflected in her volunteer work as a judge for TCU Mock Trial, Teen Court, and Youth in Government. She also represented the legal profession internationally as a Legal Delegate to Egypt through the People to People Ambassador Program.
A proud mother of four and grandmother of six, Kimberly enjoys traveling, reading, and editing both fiction and non-fiction books in her free time. Her career is marked by a deep dedication to the legal field and a passion for serving her community.
