Mr. Neece received his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from Texas Southern University Thurgood Marshall School of Law in 2019. Where after he built a diverse litigation practice spanning criminal defense, real estate disputes, and deceptive trade practice claims. His appellate experience includes briefing and oral argument in the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, as well as briefing matters in state appellate courts.
Mr. Neece also has experience including civil rights cases, employment law, Texas Tort Claims Act, municipal law and prosecutorial work, civil service appeals, and personal injury cases. He has provided indigent defense representation and is a Certified Mediator under the Texas Alternative Dispute Resolution Procedures Act under TEX. CIV PRAC & REM. §154.052.
