Legal Experience
Mr. Luke has exclusively worked in defending individuals and companies in high-stakes litigation. His practice areas include catastrophic injuries, premises liability, trucking accidents, medical malpractice and motor vehicle accidents.
Mr. Luke obtained his Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M University - College Station. He went on to obtain his J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2017. Mr. Luke moved back to Texas and was admitted to the Texas bar in 2020.
Mr. Luke is dedicated to the speedy and comprehensive resolution of matters for his clients. His unique perspective stems from his experience in bankruptcy law. Before attending law school, Mr. Luke worked at bankruptcy law firms in Houston. He continued his study of bankruptcy in law school, where his course work and internships focused on Chapter 11 bankruptcy and corporate reorganization. This added perspective enables him to look down the road to ensure his clients are on the right path. For Mr. Luke it is not only about winning the matters in front of him but considering the longer-term effects on his clients.
In his spare time Michael enjoys traveling to other countries and on weekends you can find him paddleboarding around Lady Bird Lake. He is also an avid practitioner of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, which keeps his mindset sharp and ready to fight for the interests of his clients.
